Pelivan offers a ridesharing service that is efficient and user-friendly.

To utilize the service, you can easily book rides on-demand or for future trips within the app with just a few taps. Our advanced technology matches you with other commuters going in the same direction. Alternatively, bookings can be made via phone call.

Here's how it operates:

• Book a ride using your smartphone by entering your pickup and dropoff locations, and specifying if you'll have any additional passengers. Phone bookings are also available through our agents.
• For immediate trips, the app or an agent will provide you with the estimated time of arrival for the vehicle. If booking for a future date, you can select a preferred pickup timeframe that suits your schedule. Please be ready at any point during this period.
• Receive an automated call or text notification when the ride is approaching. You'll also get reminders via call or text for each trip scheduled for the following day.
• Upon arrival of your driver, they will wait for up to 5 minutes at the pickup spot. If they arrive early, they will wait until the start of your pickup window and then an extra 5 minutes.
• If paying in cash, kindly settle the fare when boarding the vehicle.
• Your journey may involve sharing the ride with others or making multiple stops along the way. To stay updated, you can track your ride and share your status in real-time through the app.
